We offer a simple flat rate of $10 for all domestic shipping. As a thank you, any domestic order over $75 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

To ensure a smooth return, we ask that pieces are sent back exactly as they arrived — unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please be sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and printed materials.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to process returns outside of this timeframe.

1. Initiate Your Return: Reach out to us at hello@parahomestudio.com with your order number and a brief note on why the piece wasn't the right fit for your space.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will reply with clear next steps and provide the return address for our studio.
3. Pack with Care: Please ensure the objects are safely secured in their original, unopened packaging, along with your order number or proof of purchase.
4. Ship Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your item arrived damaged, please let us know in your initial email so we can provide a prepaid return label.
5. Processing: Once your return arrives at our studio and is inspected, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Once approved, your refund will be seamlessly processed, and a credit will be issued. A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only accept returns for purchases through parahomestudio.com.

If you would prefer a different object, we ask that you return your original item following the guidelines above and place a separate order for the piece you desire.

We take great care in packaging our objects, but if a piece arrives damaged or isn't quite what you ordered, please reach out to us at hello@parahomestudio.com right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Orders may be canceled within one hour of placing it. Please email within that time frame to hello@parahomestudio.com along with your order number to submit cancellation.
